Last week, for writing TeamTui learnt different meanings of figurative language. In this activity, we had to read the hyperbolic statements on the left and write what we thought it meant on the right. While working, some statements were easy to explain because I realized that I’ve said some before. In the end I had to come up with 5 hyperbolic statements and ask some of my classmates if they knew what it meant.
